3. Small classes allow us to personalize your training. Why? Because we are able to personalize your programming, use HR monitors, and explain how the training is benefiting you. We treat your needs, not those of the entire class.

Classes Offered

Group Sessions

Group sessions are small 8 person classes.  During this time you can perform any of our programs while receiving coaching from our expert coaches.

Open Gym

Open Gym is offered to our members to develop areas of concern and allow them access to OLAF anytime we are open.

 Personal Training

Personal training is great for people that would like a coaches undivided attention and are not quite ready to be in a group setting.

10 x 1 hour personal training sessions-$540.00

30 minutes personal training-$40.00

Programs Offered

General Physical Preparedness-G.P.P. for short (CrossFit)

We will be training all areas of fitness built around your abilities and skill levels. Pushing your strength, skills, and the ability to do a more physical work. If you are looking for all round fitness there is no better program.

OLAF Barbell

 You will develop and strengthen movements like your squat, snatch, clean, and jerk.

OLAF Gymnastics 1

 You will work on achieving movements like push-ups, pull-ups, muscle-ups, and handstand push-ups.
