Conditioning allows you to do work for extended periods of time which comes in handy for those long days of yard work and running errands. Conditioning is also the training system that people tend to train the most, but if you are not careful it is also the one that is easiest to overdue. By over training with conditioning you can lose traction on your progress and actually end up in a worse state than when you started.
